I create light-based installation art that blends paper, polygonal forms, and LEDs. I often start with humble materials and evolve into large-scale, immersive environments. What began as a single collaboration has become an ongoing exploration of how art and technology can shape space, spark emotion, and invite play.
Over the past two years, I’ve pushed my practice to new scales—reimagining and expanding our first project, Frangible Chromatophores, into multiple iterations, including Frangible Dreams, and contributing to a range of installations that light up festivals and events. From the camouflaging octopus to a towering banana sculpture (Peel Here: 6.2 Mil OBO), which premiered at the 2025 Portland Winter Light Festival at the return of the popular Glow Bar, I’m drawn to the moment when an idea becomes tangible—and then glows.
